Rebranding Skincare Brand Lancaster.

For Lancaster, we redefined the brand’s identity through the concept “Repair is our DNA.” A complete rebranding — from insights and brand pillars to manifesto, creative assets, and retail experience — positioned Lancaster as a new global leader in advanced skincare science. The results spoke for themselves: in 2023, Lancaster achieved double-digit growth following its spring relaunch, contributing to Coty’s strong overall performance.
