Sarra Messaoudi / Director of Strategy
Sarra Messaoudi is a brand strategist equally comfortable working with major global institutions and international celebrity or startup brands. She began her career at TBWA and Publicis before founding Touché in 2011, which she continues to lead.
In France, she has guided the repositioning of iconic houses such as Hermès, Yves Saint Laurent, and Louis Vuitton, blending heritage with modernity. She has also collaborated with Netflix on its brand platform and various cultural and digital projects, and spearheaded the launch of L’Opéra de Paris’ 3e Scène, a pioneering digital stage bridging classical art and contemporary creation.
In 2021, she opened Touché Los Angeles, advising investment funds on the launch of celebrity brands (Orebella, SKKN) and helping European brands expand in the U.S. market — mastering the full spectrum from brand strategy to global execution.
Philippe Santini / Director of OperationsPhilippe Santini is an expert in digital and international brand management. He has worked in some of the most recognized advertising agencies and with some of the world’s leading companies as Head of Digital and Associate Director for L’Oréal Paris, Nespresso, Mastercard, PepsiCo, and Club Med.
He notably led the digital rollout of L’Oréal’s network across more than 50 countries, a rare experience that illustrates his mastery of complex, multi-market, and multi-team organizations.
Philippe combines strategic vision with operational precision — turning a brand platform into a living system that performs day to day, across processes, tools, and teams.
